We’re a small business doing our best to deliver quality pins made with care — so we just want to be upfront about how things work when it comes to returns and refunds.

💔 All Sales Are Final

Because each pin is either custom-made or produced in small batches, we’re unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any orders — including custom pins, pre-designed pins, and bulk purchases.

🎨 Custom Orders

Custom pins are made just for you — which makes them extra special! Since they’re personalized, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds for custom items.

🛠️ Something Wrong? Let’s Fix It

We carefully check every pin before sending it out, but if your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Please email us within 21 days of receiving your order

• Include a quick description + a clear photo of the issue

We’ll take a look and do our best to make it right. If we determine the item is faulty, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we can’t be responsible for any loss or theft. If your package goes missing, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Tip: We recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout for peace of mind!

🏠 Double-Check Your Shipping Address

If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address you entered, we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement — so please double-check everything before placing your order.
