1. No Refunds on Purchases

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders, including but not limited to custom enamel pins, pre-designed pins, and bulk orders.

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders are tailored to your specifications, making them unique to your request. As such, custom items are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

While we maintain rigorous quality control, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 21 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide a description of the issue along with clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

  • We will review your case and, at our discretion, may replace the item at no additional cost. Replacement eligibility is determined solely by pinperfect.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier confirms delivery. For lost packages:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • We recommend purchasing insurance at checkout for added protection.

5. Shipping Errors

If an error occurs due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we cannot issue refunds or replacements. Ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing your order.
